With the 2011 Olympia this month in Las Vegas, we are proud to have IFBB Pro Female Bodybuilder Tina Chandler back on the site! Tina recaps her 2011 competitions season thus far with us and talks about her prep for the 2011 Ms. Olympia and how she's refining her physique to continually improve and become a better bodybuilder! Next, IFBB Pro Female Bodybuilder Debi Laszewski takes us through her prep for the 2011 Olympia as well!

We then talk with a friend of the site we met during an afterparty at the 2009 Olympia weekend, a fan favorite, national level NPC Women's Bodybuilding Competitor Kris Clark. Kris talks about her love for muscle and tells us she is hanging up her posing suit after competing in this sport for nearly 30 years! Then on the figure side of the sport, we chat with Fernanda Winchester, a figure competitor who has competed in several different organizations, an shares her love for health & fitness with us!
